Returns on Paddlesports Inflatables

To return paddle products, kayaks or SUPs must be in like-new condition with the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated via our Return and Warranty Form. Once approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. Customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding returns.

Aquaglide does not cover any shipping costs associated with returns. The customer is responsible for full shipping costs.

Used is defined as having been on the water. Because all returns must be in like-new condition, we will not accept a return on a used product.

Like-new condition would be defined as never having been on the water. Taken out of the packaging and inflated, but not put on the water would be like-new. If the product has been on the water, that would make it used.

Being outside of the 30-days would prohibit a return and refund. We are happy to work with you on an exchange if you are outside of the 30-day window within reason.

We require all returns to have original packaging, therefore, would not be able to accept a return without the original box.
